Get Ready for the Capitol!: Junior & Cadette Democracy Badge

Get ready for Day at the Capitol by joining us on a crash course all about government. Through discussion, a trivia game, and a Q+A with local government leaders, you’ll learn how many people work together to form the rules we live by. At the end of this program, you’ll have increased your knowledge about civic engagement, almost completed your Democracy badge, and be ready to visit the Capitol with us in June!

Program Includes: In-person instruction, all needed materials, and snacks.

Please note: This is not a drop off program; groups must have registered adults to meet the Girl Scout adult : youth ratio. Please bring a sack lunch.
