Buckle up for an exciting 1-day road trip to the State Capitol! Join us for a fun-filled adventure where you’ll tour the Capitol, do a Women in History patch program at the California Museum, meet with legislators (pending their schedules), and visit local landmarks in Sacramento. You don’t want to miss out on this opportunity to discover democracy along with other Girl Scouts!

Fee: $115
Program Includes: Tour of the State Capitol, snacks, continental breakfast, lunch, charter bus to and from Sacramento, and a fun patch!
Please note: This is not a drop-off program. Adults must be registered to meet adult:youth ratio. The bus will depart from the Girl Scout office in San Jose and return to the office. No additional stops will be made. This program is for current Juniors and up; this does not include Brownies bridging to Juniors over summer.
What to bring: Please wear your Girl Scout vest and comfortable walking shoes. Bring a reusable water bottle, sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses), and any medical needs or other items you would like or need for an all-day road trip.
