Lead the Way East Bay

Lead the Way East Bay, hosted by TTO East Bay/GSNorCal, is a leadership event created by and for 6th-12th graders (Cadettes, Seniors, and Ambassadors).  The event centers topics that youth are passionate about, participating in fun activities, and getting inspired with friends both new and old.  In 2025, Lead the Way East Bay’s theme is “sisterhood and self-care.” At this sleepover event, Girl Scouts will make new friends participating in fun and games, hear from interesting speakers, develop confidence while completing badgework, and come away understanding how to be a better friend to themselves and others.

Included in the cost of this event is hotel room, breakfast, a special lunch, snacks, program content, goodie bags, prizes, and an unforgettable Older Girl Scout experience.
