Lead the Way 2023 Conference

Interested in expanding your leadership and communication skills? Take part in Lead the Way 2023. Lead the Way is a leadership training conference designed to strengthen self-confidence and leadership skills to help improve your ability to succeed in school, the community, and life after high school! We aim to bring more awareness to current events, emphasizing YOUR voice and the differences you can make.

Over the course of our 3-day event, Girl Scouts will participate in workshops led by amazing community members, hear from an inspiring keynote speaker, take part in fun social games and activities, make new friends, and create lasting memories.

You will be able to request financial aid during the registration process.

Lead the Way 2023 will take place Friday, February 10 through Sunday, February 12.  The event is an overnight experience in Milpitas, CA.  

Please Note: A Lead the Way Pin is provided. Lodging is included for youth participants at Embassy Suites Hotel. Financial Aid is available to GSNorCal Girl Members for this program. You will have the option to request Financial Aid during the registration process. Registration closes January 13th, 2023. Due to hotel requirements, late registrations will not be permitted.

Important Notice: COVID-19 vaccination is required except in the case of a medical exemption (please email if this applies to you).

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: We are committed to running Lead the Way safely. If participants are exhibiting symptoms of illness or test positive for COVID-19, they will not be able to attend the conference. However, we will be able to refund registration fees in the event of illness.
