It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a Girl Scout! It’s never too early to learn about how to take care of your body and mind. In this program we’ll talk about how to respond to our feelings, different ways to get our bodies moving, and how to show gratitude towards ourselves.

In this program, Brownies will earn the My Best Self Badge and Juniors will earn the Staying Fit Badge. Badges and Fun Patches are included in the program cost.
