Give-a-Mask Service Project with Camp Fashionista (virtual or in-person)

August 1 @ 12:00 am - August 15 @ 11:59 pm PDT

$30

Girl Scouts will make two masks in this service project; one to keep and one to donate to someone in need.

Parents, friends, and family members are welcome to register and sew with the registered Girl Scout participant (non-Girl Scout participants must be registered by the troop parent).  Each Girl Scout or troop must have at least one adult present during class. Adults are not required to pay the class fee unless they would like to receive a kit and sew along with the girls.

Materials are included in the class fee and can be picked up at our studio at 1702 Meridian Ave, San Jose, CA 95125 or shipped for $5.  The materials kit includes: 4 pieces of pre-cut washable cotton fabric and 4 pieces of pre-cut elastic, enough to make two masks.

Please note: Participants must have a sewing machine, thread, a seam ripper, pins, and the skills to operate the machine safely.

Classes require a minimum of 6 participants and are limited to a maximum of 20.  Girl Scouts can sign up on their own or as a troop. Call or email us at dori@campfashionista.net to schedule!
