Description: Join us for this special Girl Scouts Love State Parks virtual fieldtrip at Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument. We will explore the life and career of Julia Morgan, California’s first licensed woman architect. Through the design and construction of the show house of William Randolph Hearst we’ll see how Julia Morgan balanced aesthetics and cutting edge engineering.
