Free Girls’ Self-Defense Class

We are a few Girl Scouts doing our silver award project, which is designed to have a long-lasting impact on the community. We are providing a self-defense class for girls between the ages of 13 and 17 on June 2, 2024, from 1:30 pm to 3:30pm in Mountain View, CA

Our class will be taught by us and by Beth Sorenson, a self-defense trainer. Beth runs a self-defense gym called KravZone. The class we are teaching is beginner-friendly. We will be teaching basic self-defense, tips to use in different unsafe situations, and how to avoid getting in unsafe situations. The class is two hours long. A good portion of the class will be dedicated to physical self-defense that Beth will be teaching. Please join us at this self-defense class. RSVP below. See you there!
