Earn Your Global Action Award! Daisy, Brownie, Junior

Want to strengthen your leadership skills? Earn your Global Action Award! By the end of the event, you’ll learn about the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and how YOU can help to achieve them. Together, we’ll discover what it truly means to be a global citizen and how your actions can make a difference in the world. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and inspire change!

Activities include: imagining your SDG superpower (through a comic drawing), an upcycling maker session to learn about responsible consumption, and a swap-things party (bring something you don’t use anymore, and take home something new!)

The first 15 youth to register and attend will receive a free reusable lunch box!

Fee: $35

Program Includes: In-person instruction, all needed materials, snacks, DBJ Global Action Award badge

Please note: This is not a drop off program; groups must have registered adults to meet the Girl Scout adult : youth ratio. Please bring a sack lunch, and be prepared to be outdoors for a portion of the event. Wear sunscreen and a hat, and bring a water bottle.
