Calling all girls in grades K-5 from Cupertino: Want to get the fun started today? Try this! Imagine you could build a really tall tower. How would you keep it from falling? How can you make it stable? It’s up to you!
To sign up for this event, visit our Eventbrite page here.
Use crayons, colored pencils, or markers to draw a diagram of your tower. A diagram is just a fancy word for a picture with labels telling you about the different parts of something.
At the party, we’ll learn a lot about engineers and robots—and build our own towers! You can use any blocks or rectangular objects in your house. Can’t wait to see you!
This is intended for girls not yet registered in or new to Girl Scouts. This is also targeted at girls residing in Cupertino.
For Grown-Ups
Girl Scouts of Northern California can’t wait to meet you and your girls at a Robot Building Party! Grown-ups, we ask that you stay with us for the entire party.
While your girl creates her tower, we’ll get to know each other and share ideas on how Girl Scouts can supercharge your girl’s life. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out at mbleyler@gsnorcal.org.
This free event is open to all girls, not yet in Girl Scouts, in grades K-5 –- the more the merrier!
