Becoming Me & More, Brownie Dreamers

Dates: June: 22nd, 29th; July: 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th

Brownies join a special summer DREAMERS virtual troop experience lead by supportive and fun Girl Scout staff, volunteers, and Older Girl Scouts.

Brownie Girl Scouts will unlock the power of their unique stories and embark on journeys to build confidence and sisterhood with their fellow Girl Scouts. Together we’ll use art and creative writing to explore more about our identities and how we can help our communities and the world around us!

Becoming Me: In this 6-week program experience inspired by former First Lady Michelle Obama’s first memoir Becoming: Adapted for Young Readers, Daisies will complete three badges as they discuss and explore who they are and what they want to become.

While the book is intended for ages 10 and up, volunteers are encouraged to read a free excerpt at https://www.girlscoutshop.com/becoming-me-journal-digital-download and discuss what they learned with their girl or troop.

Brownies will earn their Making Friends, Philanthropist, and Outdoor Adventurer Badges. Badges included in program price.

All sessions will be recorded and available to registered participants.
