Backpacking for Adults

Come learn everything you need to have a blast backpacking with your troop or group! This course will cover gear, safety, cooking outdoors, and more!

Participants will participate in an overnight trip on April 22nd-April 23rd at Black Diamond Mines in Antioch. Group will meet in Walnut Creek at 204 Grover Lane on Saturday morning.

April 21st, 2023 – (Optional) Gear discussion/check from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
- - Participants coming from distance can overnight at one of the facilitator’s homes Friday night
Saturday, April 22nd, 2023 at 9:00am – Sunday April 23rd, 2023 at 3:00pm – Overnight backpack trip

Activity requires a minimum of 4 participants and is limited to a maximum of 16.

Registration will close on April 7th, 2023.
